Summer Chibi

Okay so this is my entry for 's contest: [link] where we could design a character for Spring or Summer.
---- I had this done awhile ago but never could bring myself around to uploading it.... ^^

Pointless explanation time: I kinda got a little sidetracked when it came to really focusing on making the character summer-like but oh well~ So for my idea: I now live in a place where it's practically summer all year round and everyday is a beach day --- so keeping that kind of summer lifestyle in mind, I put the chibi is simple clothes as if she were headed to the beach and didn't put a ton of thought into it because she'd rather be out having fun vs. taking time to coordinate a whole outfit. I also made it so she had the tips of her hair died blue cuz that was huge this summer where I lived plus its a bright blue like the sky/ ocean. so yeah I'm talking wayyy too much like usual, so yeah there is my entry. yay xD
